Pregnancy support apps are a crowded category—most are glorified calendars with weekly updates. An anonymous client approached us with a vision for a tool with real clinical utility: an app that would combine pregnancy monitoring, appointment management, and personalized indications and contraindications in a single, cohesive experience. Rycman Concept was responsible for the complete UX and UI layer—from information architecture to the final prototype in Figma.

The starting point was a preliminary wireframe sketching the overall product concept—without a defined information architecture, content hierarchy, or user flow. The biggest design challenge, however, lay not in aesthetics, but in the nature of the data: pregnancy is a medical process with a large amount of variable information (due dates, test results, doctor's recommendations) that must be accessible quickly, without learning the app. Additional context: the user is using the app in a specific emotional and physical state. The interface must be stress-free, clear, and unambiguous—there's no room for ambiguity in navigation or information overload.
